1 year bumper to bumper
All parts are guaranteed for one full year.
5 years all moving parts
All moving parts, handles, etc.are guaranteed for five full years. For our cardiovascular line, we consider the entire cycle module to be a moving part, so that if anything were to malfunction inside of the cycle, we ship you a new cycle module for replacement. You will return the malfunctioning module to us with a prepaid shipping label. There is absolutely no cost to the customer.
20 years on the frame
We guarantee the steel frame of any Endorphin product for 20 years.
